We build the
infrastructure
that transforms
additive manufacturing

into scalable industrial
hybrid production & repair systems

A system agnostic retrofit technology that upgrades additive manufacturing equipment without modifying machine control systems.

Our platform integrates inspection, calibration, and additive build up into a single controlled workflow.

No mayor machine modification.
No OEM dependency.

Standard LPBF operation remains available.

Technology Stack

Three layers form the foundation of our platform. We combine retrofit hardware, workflow software, and industrial process control to transform LPBF systems into scalable hybrid manufacturing environments.

Hardware Layer

System agnostic retrofit

Transforms standard LPBF machines into hybrid manufacturing environments without modifying machine control logic or OEM software.

Software Layer

Workflow intelligence

Connects inspection, calibration, data preparation, and production through an IIoT based shopfloor management system.

Execution Layer

Industrial process control

Enables repeatable workflows across components, sites, and applications with traceable process documentation.

Industrial repairs at scale

Our Vision

We envision an additive manufacturing landscape where industrial systems are no longer limited by fixed machine architectures.

We enable manufacturers to scale new workflows without replacing proven infrastructure.

Our vision is a global installed base that becomes more flexible, more capable, and more sustainable through intelligent retrofit technology.

Our Mission

Our mission is to unlock the full potential of existing AM systems through system agnostic retrofit hardware, workflow software, and controlled industrial execution.

We connect inspection, calibration, data preparation, and manufacturing into one repeatable process.

This allows customers to move from isolated machine operation to scalable, traceable, and application driven production workflows.

We’re pleased to celebrate Hybrd.AM for Cutting Tools by additiveStream, in partnership with 3T Additive Manufacturing Ltd and ANDREAS MAIER (AMF), Spanntechnik und Automatisierung, presented by ASTM International winning the TCT Hardware Award at last week’s ceremony! 🏆

This recognition means a lot — especially as it highlights the promise and innovation behind this collaboration. The judges clearly saw the potential of this project in tackling one of the biggest challenges in our industry: the industrialisation of metal additive manufacturing.
